About

One identity spine, 48 interoperable surfaces

Qosmos is the QHDM Social OS: an invite-only prototype that tests whether social, creative, learning, work, civic and wellbeing surfaces can share one identity, one permission model and one visible trust boundary.

Demo label — This is a demo build for founder and reviewer evaluation. Profiles, crews, posts, projects, missions and ledgers are fictional. We publish no partner list, funding claim, traction number or testimonial, because none has been earned yet.

Who builds it

Qosmos is built by Quarkoded Holodotmatrix Private Limited (QHDM), the institutional parent. Realogy AI and Qmatrix AI are orchestration layers inside the system — they coordinate workflows across dossiers and are not dossiers themselves.

The spine

QosmiQ ID

One identity with explicit modes, interests, visibility and consent. Every dossier reads the same identity instead of minting another account.

QopQrew

The social graph: small purpose-bound crews with rules, roles, missions and gatherings rather than a single global timeline.

Qreators

The creative and collaboration layer: projects, open roles, collaboration briefs and a studio inbox with credit and consent stated up front.

How the atlas is organised

48 top-level dossiers across 29 categories. Each one states its category, status and boundary publicly, then offers a distinct signed-in workflow that changes real state in the demo — never a duplicate card.

Modes, not feeds

Social, Create, Learn, Work, Civic, Wellness and Explore are switchable modes. The mode you are in shapes the feed lanes, the suggested dossiers and the composer context, so the same identity can move between contexts without fragmenting.

What we deliberately do not build

No live money movement, no clinical care, no emergency dispatch, no official voting, no engagement-manipulating metrics and no vanity social proof. The full list of limits is in Trust & safety.

Getting access

Access is invite-only. The demo entry flow creates a local QosmiQ ID for review purposes — enter the demo. Questions: hello@qosmos.world (demo contact).
