Terms of use for the Qosmos prototype
By entering this invite-only environment you agree to these terms. They cover a prototype, not a commercial service, and they do not create a client, patient, banking, brokerage, employment or agency relationship.
Demo label — Qosmos is a demonstration. Every account, crew, project, mission, event, ledger entry and metric is fictional. Nothing here is an offer, contract, quote, credential, medical opinion, financial product or official civic process.
1. Access
Access is invite-only and personal to you. Do not share your invite, impersonate another person, scrape the environment, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or use it to build a competing dataset. We may revoke access at any time.
2. Acceptable use
Follow the community standards. Do not upload unlawful content, other people's private data, real health or financial records, malware, or content you have no right to share.
3. No regulated services
Qosmos does not provide banking, deposit-taking, payments, stored value, lending, credit scoring, brokerage, exchange, custody, investment advice or insurance. Qash, Qoin, Qredit, Qapital, banQing, Qrypto and Qosmybank are literacy simulators using valueless practice units. Qosmybank/Cosmybank is not a bank, NBFC, lender, wallet, payment bank, deposit taker, broker, exchange or investment adviser. Qosmos never holds or settles another party's funds.
4. No medical or clinical services
Health and wellbeing surfaces are educational and non-clinical. They are not a medical device and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. Always consult a qualified clinician. Never delay care because of something in this demo.
5. No emergency service
ResQ and every other surface cannot summon help, dispatch responders or notify authorities. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
6. No official civic process
Deliberation spaces, community pulses and mock polls are non-official, non-binding and not part of any election administration. Results must not be presented as official outcomes.
7. Mobility, property and logistics
QuiQ, Qrab, Qottage, MoBuQs and related surfaces simulate routes, listings, missions and fulfilment. No booking, reservation, pickup, delivery or tenancy is created, confirmed or guaranteed.
8. Partner and commercial context
Qompany Network, Serveque, reseller and partner references are prototype or partner-dependent context, marked unverified until genuine evidence is connected. Invoicing concepts are illustrative; no invoice raised here is legally valid.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant QHDM a limited licence to store and display it inside this demo so the product can function and be reviewed. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the community standards.
10. Availability, warranties and liability
The prototype is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Data may be changed, reset or deleted without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QHDM is not liable for any loss arising from use of this demo or reliance on anything shown in it.
11. Changes and contact
